It’s not something new but rather bringing an old classic back!
I used to do daily video reviews of properties that caught my attention or were in my neighborhood on regular basis off MLS but rules dictated that I couldn’t advertise properties that were listed by my brokerage but there is also an exclusion; I can advertise all the properties to a list of subscribers. I’ve had most of you along with me for a while and you’ve enjoy the videos in the past so instead of doing daily updates on a particular geographical area, I’m starting a new segment where I will review investment properties critically and talk about them.
This is something that I do every morning when I wake up; take a look at all the properties that are listed and send them out to clients that are looking for similar properties. This new segment will allow me to personalize my message for you and give you my detailed opinion about them. Some properties that I will talk about won’t have their financials available so we will look at the general area and gauge if it’s something worth exploring while others I will be reviewing the numbers on to see if the listing makes sense as an investment.
