Here’s an interview that I did with a friend and author, Quentin DeSouza, who is a very active member of Real Estate Investment Network in Canada. I met Quentin years ago via my online marketing and videos and we soon became good friends. I learnt a lot from him about how he’s been making money in real estate by finding his niche and we talked about the difference in strategies that can be employed in Toronto versus in suburb Toronto. Quentin has since written three books highlighting his experiences as well creating a guide book for anyone looking to invest in Real Estate.
