We have listed a great commercial space in Toronto right across from University of Toronto with lots of foot traffic available for sublease. The property is located between Spadina and University and would be a great fit for a fast food, sandwich shop, cafe or even convenience store or phone store.

I fumbled today with my picks. I'm a bit biased towards the Cabbagetown area because I adore it and any listing that comes up there, I just put them on to showcase it to you. Today, I found myself doing the same and showcasing a property that I don't think is priced very well. I got over it quickly..> :)
