Dovercourt is an interesting property as it gives you the opportunity to buy a property and hold it while generating cash flow. The intention would be to keep the investment at the very lowest price as possible and generating as much cash from it. Bloor street represents a possiblity of having a retail space in a high traffic location. Possibly best for a owner user but the property is leased till 2015.
