This is a turn key operation for someone to take on so a more novice investor could take on this project and as long as pick the right tenants, would do well with it. I don't have a detailed financial review of the property available because the expense weren't made available but at 63K NOI, if the numbers posted are correct, this seems like a very interesting property.
