I've been a fan of this property for quiet some time and love the architecture this building has. The tall column with open balconies and you might even be able to get a lake view from the top floor since it's so close to the lake (I'm not sure about this). The property is located just west of Jameson on King Street West and I've done a lot of reviews for property in the area. The lot size is small and only allows for one parking spot but on the upside, it does have very large 3 bedroom units which could yield it as a candidate for renovation. If the city would allow for the units to be divided into smaller units, you can generate additional income since the average rent per unit currently is at $1,280.
