This is a new property that has come up for sale in Cabbagetown. I had the chance to review it's numbers and while they don't look overly impressive, I do like the lot and there's definitely some potential in the property. It would definitely have to be gutted and re-done and requires a specific type of investor that can do this. It also requires a lot more capital than normal multiplexes.
