Investment picks of the day – November 16, 2010

I fumbled today with my picks. I’m a bit biased towards the Cabbagetown area because I adore it and any listing that comes up there, I just on to showcase it to you. Today, I found myself doing the same and showcasing a property that I don’t think is priced very well.

I got over it quickly… 🙂
