Good luck getting a mortgage on that first one. It is basically a rooming house and not many lenders will touch those. What software do you use for capturing your screen shots and imposing your video in the bottom corner?

That would be the case if it was a legal rooming house. My disclaimer is that it’s probably not legal what they have done there hence it would still be classified as a single family home in papers.
I’m in the process of putting a transaction together for a rooming house and the mortgage isn’t “that” hard to get. They just want to make sure all the T’s are crossed and i’s dotted…
