• April 2011 saw 800,000 of industrial commercial and industrial space lease.  It’s lower by 26% over last year
• Employment in the greater Toronto is lower the pre-recession mark
• Average worker’s income has increase at or above inflation rate
• Manufacturing shipments have increase since mid 2009 but haven’t passed the pre-recession peek
• Expecting continued growth in retail and manufacturing.
