The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup is an annual September event that aims “to promote understanding and education about shoreline litter issues by encouraging Canadians to rehabilitate shoreline areas through cleanups.” This year’s events began on September 17th, but there are still lots of chances to get involved by helping out at one of the many cleanups taking place in Toronto and GTA through this weekend.Here are just a few of the shoreline cleanup events still upcoming in Toronto:
