We all know that the debate to extend our TTC Subway line has been ongoing for ages, so now it’s reassuring to see that construction is successfully moving along steadily for the Yonge-University-Spadina subway extension line north, towards Vaughan.
The expected completion date for the new line is December 2015. The project’s full schedule and construction status can be found on the TTC’s website. When complete, the new line will provide some relief for Downsview Station, connecting York University to the subway, and creating direct access between Toronto and Vaughan.
