Lenny Kravitz’s Soho apartment in NYC contains 6167sf of living space, and 3000sf of terrace space, all in a triplex pre-war penthouse. Located at 30 Crosby Street, where Courtney Love’s penthouse just sold, Kravitz has been trying to sell the apartment on and off for many years.
To recap: Kravitz purchased the apartment for $7.128 million in 2000 and tried to resell the place for $17 million in 2002. Since then, the price has gone up and down with numbers like $12.95M and $19.5M. The place finally sold for $12.75M in 2010. Alicia Keys was the rumored buyer, but the deal fell through.
The new asking price is now at $17.95 million, and the saga continues…
