These picks consist of apartment buildings, duplex, multiplex and any other multi-family residence that shows a decent cap rate or is undervalued based on rents being charged.  The details discussed in the videos is information that is supplied by the listing agent or seller.  If any assumptions are made, they are disclosed as well.

Capital Investment

These picks are based on properties that show a potential for return if renovated.  These range from small starter homes with multiple units to large large that could be redeveloped.  Each property is discussed for what potential it could have in the future.
